Vehicle was great and in perfect condition. Owner was helpful and communicative via message and text but the person managing the pickup seemed unprepared. The vehicle was in a garage and the responsible person was asleep at the 9:30am pickup. He came out in his underwear, got me access to the car, and explained how to use the keycard and shift the Tesla. Some explanation about charging it for a new Tesla user would have helpful, but the owner did respond to my message while at a supercharger.
