Car quality was ideal, pickup and drop-off were both very convenient, and the host was super communicative before and during the trip. Mark went the extra mile by providing complimentary water, universal charging cable, and wet wipes. The interior was very well cleaned. I'm frequently in the Portland area and intend to rent from Mark again.
