Mark had great communication and instructions for picking up and dropping off the car. The waters, phone charger, and gum for our ears not to pop while driving through the mountains was a nice gesture. He also left other things in the car such as a first aid kit and jumper cables. The car itself was easy to drive and very clean; in great condition. Price was amazing as well. Would definitely rent from him again and recommend!
