Great communication. Reliable and clean vehicle. Host was very helpful through the rental process. Would rent again!

Vehicle was older than expected. Trip completed, but there was a post-trip dispute regarding minor damage.

I was responsive throughout, answering your multiple calls about processes, cleanliness, and helping with your flat tire when you ran over a nail.
The 2015 Toyota Camry‘s year, make, model, and condition are clearly listed with photos.
Regarding the moderate ding on the passenger side door: It was not present in the pre-rental photos. Happy to review with Turo with pre/post document
and measurements for resolution.
