Pick up was great. The car was available within one hour close to where we were staying. The problem ensued when the AC was not working properly in Arizona >100deg after driving less than 20 miles and having the car less than four hours, it broke down. Communication in app was slow to none. After calling the owner, and Turo, Customer Service -they finally got the car. Never heard back from them after that, but Toro gave us a full refund after calling twice.
