Jason was a perfect renter. He knows Teslas and he knows what a high end PERFORMANCE 3 Is all about with regards to value and worth.

The car was in great condition and exactly as described. However, when my plans changed and I communicated an early return, he was inflexible and made for a stressful end to the trip.
Sarah booked a 5 day trip covering a weekend. It was also an airport pickup and drop off which means I have to have car blocked out for 4-5 days and I have to deliver to airport and take uber home, then at end of trip I have to get an uber to airport to retrieve the rental vehicle. I had a number of people wanting the car for that weekend. After only 2 days, Miss Sarah says "I'm flying home, I'm leaving it at airport will you accept my change of plans?" Turo- if you say yes you lose $300
No smoking allowed
