I had a reservation for noon, the vehicle didn’t arrive until 1:20. Ended up paying for valet, come to find out the key card is broken. The steering wheel could definitely be replaced it’s in pretty rough shape. Or at least a cover for it… other than that the car was ok

We apologize for the delayed delivery. Due to frequent loss/damage of physical key cards, our Teslas primarily use secure digital key access through our automated system, which also manages charging. A physical card is provided as a backup when available. Digital access was provided for the vehicle. We appreciate the feedback regarding the steering wheel and have addressed its condition.

Car was great, the team was phenomenal when it came to giving instructions as well. Minor wear and tear on the car but it didn’t bother me because it drove really well! I appreciate Kyle for renting this car to a army soldier like me.
