I had an excellent experience with this car rental company from start to finish. The booking process was quick and straightforward, and Kyle was extremely accommodating and very helpful. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described—no surprises at pickup.

The car smelled like smoke and was not clean upon pickup. It was very unsatisfying . Also, be mindful that they make you pay for exiting the lot, so please be aware of that. I've never had that experience, as other owners have taken care of that by getting prepaid parking tickets.

We strictly prohibit smoking, but on rare occasions guests may violate this; we do our best to fully remediate. We’re sorry for your experience, as this isn’t our standard.
