Enjoyed the car, appreciated the prompt response to issues. Disappointing to deal with the smell of smoke. Also, would have been nice to know about the pickup fee.Prior to booking.
Hi Eura! We appreciate your feedback. We apologize about the smoke smell and did try to eradicate the smell with using the ozone machine and changing the air filter.
As far as the parking fee at TPA, we are very upfront and send that in our initial communication at the time of booking, but we understand how that may have been missed.
