Pickup location pin was inaccurate. Pickup and drop-offs should be, and usually are, in short term parking. Not long term. So the app automatically assumes you are in short term. You have to actually type out the physical location because thos company makes you return it in long-term. Also, the car is *quite* shabby. Lots of scratches, interior is in poor condition (seats), tint film is all bubbled which makes it very difficult to see clearly out of the back window, and I received the vehicle extremely dirty...as if zero time was spent cleaning it, seemingly after several previous renters! Did the car drive well? Yes. Did it get me where I wanted to go? Yes. Was the company responsive to my messages? Yes. It's just that the car in the pictures is not really the condition you'll receive the car in. It's a 7 year old luxury car, not some old beater. I wouldn't expect it to be like off a showroom floor, but this disrepair was a bit excessive.
We appreciate the feedback and are glad the vehicle drove well and that we remained responsive throughout the trip. The vehicle was parked to help reduce the guest’s parking cost, and detailed pickup instructions were provided before check-in. This is a 2019 vehicle with normal cosmetic wear consistent with its age and pricing.
