Picked up car. Noticed tire pressure light was on. Before I got home I had to air tire up and it seemed to hold pressure. Next day it was flat. When I got tire changed it had 3 more nails in it. The other tires were also ridiculously bald. Even the tire place was saying they all should be changed. I’m like yeah this isn’t my car it’s a rental I’m giving it back today. There was one big nail in right rear tire. I gave car back very early. I’m saying this to say I feel this guy shouldn’t be trusted. That’s shady. It’s your vehicle so maintain it not wait on others to fix your problems. Luckily the tire was very very cheap to replace. Idk how he has high rating. I guess people settle for things til it affects them. Also AC has a slightly sour smell coming from vents and a smoky odor in car like someone use to smoke in it. It’s very light but there. I don’t hate the guy but I mean what I have said

We’re sorry this trip did not meet your expectations. The vehicle was provided in safe operating condition, and no safety issue was reported at pickup. The early return request was made because your personal vehicle had been repaired. During the early return, the tire became flat, Turo Roadside Assistance was contacted and assistance was offered, but the service was declined. The vehicle was then driven with the tire without air, which caused the tire damage. We take maintenance and guest safety
This was my first turo rental and the pickup instructions and drop off were very clear and made it so smooth coming in and out of the Tampa airport. Thanks German for the rental, because of this experience I will be using Turo for future car rentals.
