Customer service started off bad ended off on a good note car ran great tho

This was an absolute horrible experience. The car is a disaster and barely in good operating shape. First, the car had a brake light out and the owner really didn't care. The car also literally would honk the horn when the car started. Then the car engine light turned on and had various instances where the car gave off a "burning" smell. Again, owner didn't seem to care at all. My wife and I were legitimately worried that the car wouldn't make the trip. When asked for a refund, the owners son said he would try and figure out how to refund money after speaking to his dad to help him. Afterwards, I attempted to reach out on multiple occasions and was simply ignored (left on message read). Absolutely avoid them. They will not help you if there is a problem and are willing to rent you a car that is about to break down. Avoid them at all costs.
Sorry for your experience. However, you need to keep in mind that if a light went off, which can happen any time, this is not enough reason to complain about a car took you safely for the whole trip.
