Our pick up time was 11:00 - car arrived at 10:58. Our flight was early, we ended up waiting for an hour and a half even though our flight details were provided. The car was over armor all’ed. The windows smears with grease when lowered. The glove box fell off when opened. The window tint was too dark - you can’t see out of it at night. The window wipers needed replacing, they did nothing in the rain. The lights were wonky- they formed an x pattern where the middle had no light and the sides had light making it terrible to see at night. The key fob died - we had to remove our personal key battery and go to Walmart and purchase new batteries. The rear passenger tire had a leak - we had to fill up 3 times while on vacation. This was our first Turo experience, not sure I will be using it again. Not what I wanted to be dealing with on vacation.

The window tint is clearly shown in the listing photos and is a matter of personal preference. We encourage guests to review details before booking and to report any concerns during the trip so we can assist promptly.
