Bad car very bad experience with this comepany

The car was fine. Very clean and ran well. Communication from the host was great!!
Only negative…the “clean car” smell was overpowering at the start of my trip. It gave me a headache, even riding with the windows down.

Great vehicle and awesome customer service

Janelle and team were amazing. Was able to take out half hour early as I arrived sooner than expected, and was able to drop it off half hour later as well due to a meeting that went on longer. Vehicle itself was very clean and no issues at all.
