Excellent host! The 2020 Toyota Corolla was exactly as described—clean, reliable, fuel-efficient, and very easy to drive. Pickup and drop-off were smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout the trip. I had a great experience and would definitely rent from this host again. Highly recommend!

Smoky smell but great car
Thank you for your feedback! I’m glad you enjoyed the car overall. Unfortunately, a previous guest violated Turo’s no-smoking policy and was charged the $250 smoking fee. Afterward, the vehicle was thoroughly cleaned and treated to remove the odor.
I sincerely apologize if you still noticed any lingering smell, and I appreciate you letting me know so I can continue making sure the vehicle is in the best possible condition for future guests.

Unfortunately, despite Turo’s strict no-smoking policy and the associated $250 violation fee, some guests still choose to smoke inside vehicles. In this case, a previous guest violated that policy.
Vehicle underwent a thorough cleaning and disinfection process. While these measures significantly reduce odors, smoke residue can sometimes linger and gradually dissipate over time.
