A great car and definitely attentive host. I really appreciate that- Leon was great. So glad I went this route to rent a car vs going to a commercial car rental place. So much more personable. Would definitely recommend working with Leon!

Smooth pickup and a responsive host. Getting the key was easy and the directions were clear—right up until charging. As a first-time plug-in hybrid driver, I would’ve really appreciated charging details in the listing (e.g., which level of chargers it accepts, whether a cable/adapter is available, and where nearby Level 2 stations are). When I asked, I was told a cable could be provided if requested; having that noted up front would save time. I also would’ve gladly paid a bit extra to receive the car with the battery already charged, as it wasn’t charged at pickup.
The Volt itself drove well in hybrid mode. Interior condition was good and tidy, though the inside of the windows were a bit foggy and could use a thorough clean. Exterior shows expected cosmetic wear for the year (some scrapes and cracked plastic light covers).
Overall, a solid rental and I’d absolutely book again—especially if the listing adds charging info and the windows get a quick polish.
