I was 1.5 hours late returning the car and I apologize for being late, I was stuck in Atlanta traffic, I'm not from here and was unaware of how bad it can be. Overall the trip was great, communication was excellent! I was able to extend the car when needed. Only issue is service light is on, car had chipped paint and a little shaken when driven but I was safe. Not complaining just wasn't made aware during booking. I still have 5 stars because they were understanding and patient. Thank you so much!!
