Easy pick up, but the car did smell like a lot of rubbing alcohol I’m not sure if that’s how they clean the interior but the smell was very strong, other than that everything was good with the car and the host was very nice..

I will never rent again this car over heated engine light came on wouldn’t let me dr e over 60 I drove from Stockton to la and disnt even make it home cause the car taped on me and my kids the owner didn’t give care he towed the car and I had to figure my way home 6 hours away with my children I still had the far extra day was trying get my money back and they refused wouldn’t ever rent to this owner i also I filled the tank up and wasn’t even able to drive it

Hi sorry for your experience. On the last day of your 5day trip the indicator that you saw was “change oil soon” wish you would have contacted us before adding another 2 quarts of oil. The check engine light came on because there was way too much much oil in the engine. It normally only hold 4 quarts, and after the 2 you added there 6 quarts that put the car into limp mode to avoid big damages to the engine. And yet you still try to push it driving the car even after asking you not to drive it.
