Unfortunately, this was not a great rental experience. The interior of the vehicle had a noticeable marijuana/weed odor, and there were yellow stains on the ceiling. Overall, I felt the cleanliness of the vehicle could have been much better.
I also had some difficulty communicating with the host regarding the rental. I booked the vehicle several weeks in advance and attempted to cancel shortly afterward, but the host was difficult to work with regarding the cancellation. I ultimately kept the reservation for four weeks, but when I needed to return the vehicle one day early, I also asked about receiving a refund for the unused time. The host declined.
Overall, between the cleanliness of the vehicle and the difficulty resolving the rental-related issues, the experience was disappointing.

Thank you for your review. I would just like to clarify that the reservation was for 3 weeks, not 4, and you selected the non-refundable option to receive a discount, saving approximately $341. When you requested to cancel, I advised you to contact Turo and explained that I had no issue with a refund if Turo approved it. Regarding the alleged marijuana odor, I respectfully disagree with that claim, as the vehicle was not provided in that condition. I apologize for any inconvenience. God bless
