The host Sucks. I told him that I've never driven a Tesla. He gave no directions. I had to figure it out.

This guest showed up an hour late and did not upload her license. When she finally uploaded the license it was blurry and illegible, so I asked her to provide the information to me. She was very rude and hung up in my face. She called back to ask me another question and hung up in my face again. She picked up the car with an 85% charge and brought it back on a 4% charge. TERRIBLE GUEST! I'm not the only host who has had a bad experience dealing with her.

First time Tesla driver. Such a fun experience to ride, especially for kids. The key card stopped working Ans made me late for kid pick up, but Tristen is so prompt to answering and helped us resolve the issue fast. Will def be riding again soon
