I just want to say this was the best rental experience I’ve had. The host was great in communication, very helpful and sweet person he came all the way to me when I had any concerns. The car is very well kept and clean . I truly can say I will be booking again for any special events . I give 10/10 will definitely be booking again .

Overall, I had a good rental experience! The host was very communicative, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. The vehicle had a little more wear and tear than I’m accustomed to, but it drove well and served its purpose.
The only issue I experienced was being pulled over by a state trooper due to the vehicle’s missing front license plate and improperly placed registration sticker. Thankfully, I was let off with a warning. Once I notified the host, he immediately called to make sure everything was okay and took action to resolve the issue.
Although the traffic stop was an inconvenience, I really appreciated the host’s responsiveness and willingness to make things right. Overall, a good experience with great customer service!

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the missing front license plate. As soon as you notified me, I took care of the issue and have since reinstalled the front license plate.
Unfortunately, a previous guest had scratched the front bumper, and I hadn't had the opportunity to complete the cosmetic repairs. With several back-to-back bookings, it has been challenging to find enough downtime to get everything taken care now I working on scheduling the remaining cosmetic repairs
Great host would recommended to anyone interested in using this vehicle. Please book!

We had the best time on our trip in Houston! Our host was the best. We had valet at the hotel and we need the key, he was nice enough to personally bring us the key so we can use the valet. Answered any of our questions we texted him in a timely manner. We will definitely use him again in future trips.
