Great communication. Courteous. On time & early. Clean car & in great shape. Amazing host.

Car was clean and the host was great he was very on time with communications pick up and drop off was very easy, and efficient .

Pick up and communication during rental was great. We had a flight change and needed to return an hour and 15 minutes earlier. Contacted the day before to update time. Said he would meet us at the departure terminal. Was late and needed us to find parking. But did not communicate that until I had to call twice. First call he said he would be there in a minute. Second call is when he told me he was late and I would need to find a place to park. Yelled at me that it was our fault for changing the time. Also told me he was going to lock me out of the car. That I was currently driving to find parking. All he had to do was tell us to park in the terminal parking and he could have picked up from there at the original time.
The last second changes caused us stress and me having to leave my family after we unloaded our luggage at the departure door. All of it could have been avoided if when we made the change to have made different plans.

Son was a great host! Clean and perfect car for our trip. Pick-up and drop-off was super easy too – Son was really flexible and always available when we reached out for help. Definitely will rent another car from Son in the future.
