When receiving the car the floor was messy and it had a stench. The confirmation stage was a little rocky but everything was okay. The car had no driving issues. It got us everywhere we needed to go.

Car was not super clean or fresh smelling. Also was not in the agreed upon location but I was reimbursed so that was good.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
