Car was perfect for our trip - good on gas, enough power to flow with traffic, adaptive cruise control was great. I have an A4 like this back home so it was awesome to essentially hop into the same car for our vacation. Khanh was super quick to respond when we had questions.
We only had two hiccups - the Ecopark lot at Hobby wouldn't allow us entry to return the car there around 4 AM, which definitely threw us off scrambling to figure out where to return the car. The other was a significant mechanical thumping in the drivetrain that did impact driveability a bit, and had us worried enough to reach out to the owner. They advised they were aware of it, so we kept it the length of the trip.
This was our first use of Turo, but I would definitely use it again!

Car was well kept and clean. I rented it for nearly an entire month and had no issues. It was a pleasant drive the entire time. The AC was cold, car had enough power for Houston roads, and was comfortable for a long road trip to San Antonio. The host was fast with response and attentive to questions and information.
