Good but had a few issues outside was dirty car came with a Crack at the back the inside was dirty the backseat were dirty and the floors

When I came to the location to pick up car it was locked and it smelled very funny , also the car wasn’t charged at all and still tried to charge me for charging it at a station worst experience ever
Sorry your experience did not meet expectations. The vehicle was cleaned prior to pickup and had approximately 50% charge at delivery. Teslas remain locked until connected through the phone key instructions provided, and our team also assisted by phone during pickup. Charging costs during the trip are standard for EV rentals, similar to fuel costs in a gas vehicle.

Car smelled dingy from weed and car was at 70mi of charge at pickup

Car was amazing! Joshua was a great communicator. My only issue was not receiving the car fully charged and not as clean. The driver interior was dirty and the exterior was dirty. Overall, I enjoyed my first Tesla rental and renting from Joshua. It was easy to learn and navigate.
