Car quality was good. Front license plate was bent, hole in the door panel on driver side and smelled a bit like smoke but I read a previous review saying someone smoked in it before. Other than that it was smooth riding!
I am so sorry about the previous person that smoked in the vehicle. I did all that I could with Turo to try to get that person banned off the platform because when it’s all said and done the next person that gets inside of the car has to deal with that. I do not smoke so I shouldn’t be penalized, but those smell of the marijuana is so strong that even with all the cleaning supplies, it still has some type of smell

Wasn’t great car was dirty at pickup. Got pulled over because reg sticker was expired. Lots of damage to the vehicle and it smelled like it was previously smoked in.
I already let you know that the tags were up-to-date. That’s why you didn’t get a ticket. I forgot to put the tags on the vehicle. The last person that was in the car smoked inside of the car. There’s nothing I can actually do about that. They get a penalty and I have to do my best to clean the vehicle out, and there is no real severe damage to the vehicle there’s a scrape on the driver door. The car drives perfect.
