Great drive and great car!!! I felt like the company/group was unprofessional. They probably have good intentions from just talking to one of the representatives but the experience i had picking it up wasn’t ideal. I also had to switch from the car i originally paid for and i understood that things happen but after switching to this Volkswagen which again was a great car, they didn’t detail it before i got to pick it up and i ended up cleaning the car myself. The previous client left, diapers, underwear, shoes, hangars, plenty of other trash and clothing items all in the trunk as well as food and trash in the front. Other than that i think these are probably people that meant well but i just didn’t enjoy the full experience.

The trip was good but it had a bad start. I had to wait over an hour to get into the vehicle because there was issues with getting it unlocked. I had trouble reaching the host so it was frustrating. After getting the car opened and i was able to take my trip it was ok. I hope that they fixed the issue so noone else has to go through that. But the car ran nicely and it was a smooth trip other wise.
