The car for the most part worked as it should. Some dirty spots inside the car but nothing crazy. Was initially told that the lights were not automatic, which is fine, but then was told if the car had a no start condition to reach out. I asked about this no start condition and was just told don’t worry about it just make sure the lights stay off when parked, which was done for ultimately more than a day. Driving the car back to fill up, the key would not go to ignition. We reached out and was told to wait. I said to call and gave my number. Ultimately we figured it out that the wheel was locking the key out, but we were unaware and thought we were just lucky. We were told 20 minutes after the fact that this was the issue, and we were worried missing our flight. Also, being notified the last day fuel needed to be premium should have been disclosed in the description or initial message, which we did not see when receiving the car. Would not use this car or owners again.

Literally the same minute Christopher sent us a message stating that he could not start the car, we responded, "One moment, please," and started to look for ways to help. After exactly two minutes, the guest messaged back that the car had started. Within 20 minutes, we informed the guest that there was nothing wrong with the car and that it had been an operator error.
