I actually loved yall last car this car wasn’t so great I’m hoping we can come up with a refund price .
I'm sorry you were dissatisfied with your trip experience. Guest safety is always my top priority, which is why I attempted to communicate with you multiple times after receiving your report about the vehicle. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response.
The vehicle had recently received maintenance, including newer tires and brakes, and no overheating concerns had been reported before the trip. I wish we had been able to communicate further during the rental so any concerns could have been add

My rental agreement was great easy pick up and drop location smooth ride nice car I even need a earlier day and he was able to accommodate me with that I thank you so much and will be looking into future trips with you
