Customer service was great as always. The car itself did the job for a one day rental. The horn did not work, the driver side floor you can see the metal of the car. Besides that it was fine. Also I’ve rented cars before from Alan and it was always great. I will definitely continue to rent again.

Genuinely perfect! I needed to book last-minute and within an hour, I was able to pick up the car seamlessly and it was in perfect condition. Drop off was equally easy and they checked in on me/the car throughout the trip—really great experience!
