Listing incorrect. Do not bring out of state. Rule is hidden in "read more" for pickup and car care. The 750 mi limit preference is misleading. Otherwise, the car is self is nice and runs good with a great eco mode for low gas use. The exterior has a scratches and paint scuffs, but still decent. The host had good communication outside of the rule and a quick response time.

Had excellent customer service and was really nice and car was good love everything about it would definitely rent again

The car is nice. The car wasn't clean inside or out. The fuel wasn't on full. The car was parked away from the actual address given but the host didn't inform me of that. The brakes were squealing and scrubbing bad. I think there is room for growth but please be mindful to have effective communication with the guest about your car to possibly reduce getting a low rating.

Hi firstly, you booked the car at 5am. Everyone’s schedule is different. So no I was not up at that time to do my proper introduction. Nonetheless the car was more than ready for you. I did communicate with you and you chose to ignore me. You’re very weird to be silent your whole trip then try to leave to leave a low review. Maybe you should be more mindful of communicating with your host first of any questions and concerns, like I stated when I introduced myself through text. Have a nice day!
