They claim the car was washed inside & out before use when it’s not true. The car was also not ready for use at the time I reserved for.
Thank you for your feedback. The vehicle was cleaned and prepared prior to pickup. During the trip, the car was returned with a strong smoke odor, parked in an unauthorized location, and the lockbox was left unsecured. These issues were documented and addressed through Turo support at the time of return. We remain committed to providing a safe, clean, and reliable experience for all guests

The car was absolutely stellar — clean, strong, and incredibly reliable throughout my entire trip. I really appreciated the excellent communication and how seamless the entire process was from pickup to drop-off. Accessibility was effortless, and everything was exactly as described. Highly recommend and would definitely book again.
