Everything was smooth. Car was exactly where we needed it to be , charged , clean, ready to go. I would rent again ! First time renting a Tesla and it wont be the last.

Very disappointing rental. This Tesla got less than 1 mile per 1% of battery, requiring daily Supercharging or overnight charging just to be usable. The owner's Tesla profile also kept overriding my settings, so I had to repeatedly reset the seat, mirrors, and navigation.
I raised these concerns with the host after returning the vehicle, but they refused to work with me or waive the Supercharging costs despite the poor battery performance. I would not rent this vehicle again.

This guest smoked in my vehicle and thinks that he can get away with it! He also thinks that he doesn’t have to pay for charging cost. His review is retaliation according to EV charging!

We charge Turo EV charging according to Turo policy. There is nothing that we charge extra. This is a retaliation review because we charge them fees that is necessary to recharge the car back to original condition that was given to her.
