Car was clean and easy to use! My only feedback is that I don't think you can call this SEA Airport pick-up/drop-off when it takes 20 to 25 minutes from the airport terminal via public transport and walking to actually get to the car.
Sorry you felt this way. We have both options available for longer and shorter distance hope you choose the one fit your timeline better.
And 25 minutes is usually from gate to the car. Hope that would clarify things a bit.

Car was very clean and charged to nearly full. Pick up instructions were very clear (especially appreciate the detailed tips on how to get to the garage). Also, Yijun was very kind and fast in responding whenever we contacted him throughout the entire trip.
