Pick up was seamless, much more convenient than a true car rental experience since we were arriving at SeaTac airport. Host was great, communicated easy instructions for where the car would be picked up and dropped off. Vehicle was clean and in great condition, host even left a charging cable inside. No issues on the road at all. Would definitely use again
