I think this was by far the worst turo rental experience I have had this far. Soooo many issues!! The car felt like it was going to break down at any minute. There were lots of weird sounds the entire time that over powered the entire experience. Repair lights flashed on the screen for the BRAKES, a clear safely issue. Pieces were broken, the paint outside was chipping, the touch screen did not work. The windshield was cracked in multiple places. The car was FILTHY upon pickup. I could go on and on. It was awful and this experience is why I will only rent from 5 star rated hosts from now on. Do not rent this red mini copper.
This guest was a little unpleasant. She rented for one day and said the car was dirty. It was SPOTLESS and CLEAN! She did not upload pre trip photos and I did. She then proceeded to rent the car and then after the trip was done she called to complain about the brakes in which nothing is wrong with them. She then asked for a refund once again after her trip. We would love to send her to another host as this one was a little far reach after a one day rental.
