The host is very professional and the directions for the car is very clear. They are reasonable with what they allow and the mileage allowance on the cars and the pick up and drop off is extremely easy. I plan on renting from this host anytime I’m going to Sedona.

Car condition is misrepresented online.
This review is absolutely false. The reason this guest is upset is because she wanted to leave our car 30min away from where she picked it up and we said we can not accommodate that. She has a new profile to Turo and rented the car for 4 hours and did not reach out to us within those 4 hours with any problems or concerns. This is retaliation and we are working with Turo to get this comment taken down. It is not fair to us hosts who work so hard to accommodate guests.

Such a great car! Definitely got so many compliments and due to the weather being nice too I had the roof down most of the time. So epic 10/10 recommend

The host was communicative, but the car was not very clean at pickup, the Bluetooth didn’t work, the AC performance wasn’t great, and the arm rest was broken. Because of these issues, I didn’t end up using the car as much as planned. I also felt uncomfortable being asked to send pictures of the inside in an attempt to have me get the car cleaned, especially since I only had the vehicle for a couple of hours and it was already not in great condition when received.

Car quality was great. Perfect for a few day trip up to Prescott and Sedona. Very responsive host, and excellent pick up and drop off instructions. Very fun little convertible and will definitely rent again. First time on Turo couldn’t have gone better!
