Vehicle and service were very reliable and professional. The car was ok, but If you are the type that requires a clean car I would seek elsewhere. The car smelled like dog and definitely was not detailed between trips. I hate dog smells so for me this was a letdown.
We thoroughly clean and inspect our vehicles before every trip. Pets are not allowed in the car, and we were unable to detect any “dog odor” you mentioned.
