This was my first time experiencing Turo and although I did encounter some minor issues with the trip (not the owner’s fault), Jeffrey was always so prompt with his replies and stepped out of his way every time I had a question or a concern. The pickup although far (which you would encounter distance wise if you rented from a rental company) was somewhat easy to get to due to Jeffrey’s description. The car itself was in great condition and the entire experience was great. Overall would rent again.
