Once again, an exceptional experience from beginning to end with CarRORO on Turo! At this point, we are completely spoiled knowing how smooth our rental experience will be with them. We honestly do not even want to deal with any other car company and all the uncertainty that comes with it. Even though there was a slight hiccup, everything worked out even better than expected. My husband also forgot his tablet at the end of the rental, and they immediately handled the situation, found it for us, and held it until we could pick it up. They are always friendly, accommodating, and truly a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend them to anyone booking on Turo. Once you go CarRORO, you never go elsewhere! The car was quality but what really stole the show was the gentleman driving the shuttle! He was communicative, efficient, and provided exceptional customer service.
