Joseph was very kind and accommodating. We had some unexpected key troubles with our house we rented, then trouble with our GPS and returned the Slingshot 1/2 hour later than scheduled. He was very understanding about us being late. I would work with him again!! Thank you Joseph!!!

The pictures don’t do justice as to how bad of shape this ride is in. Cosmetically it looks ok in the pictures, but in person most of the plastics are either cracked, faded, or missing all together. The drivetrain is not much better. The steering feels as if there are loose or worn out components. The suspension leaves a lot to be desired as well. We are into power sports, so I have driven many different types of vehicles in the past and this was one of the worst I have driven. It was obvious that there has been little to no maintenance done on this 10 year old vehicle. I returned the vehicle early because it was just not enjoyable drive at all.
Also, the pickup was sketchy as well. The app had me scheduled to pick the vehicle up at one location and the owner called me at the time the pickup was scheduled for telling me the vehicle was at a different location 15 minutes away. Upon arriving at the second location the owner was not there. He arrived 10-15 minutes after we did and then took another 10 minutes to bring the vehicle out. The vehicle was dirty and had cobwebs in it. If I hadn’t been dropped off to pickup the vehicle I would have canceled right then and there! This was my first experience using the Turo app and I find it extremely difficult to believe that this vehicle would warrant the 4.9 stars the listing shows.

Host was very helpful in getting the vehicle ready on short notice. Location was Central to sarasota near the airport, a bit industrial but didn't have any issues aside from finding parking.
