Hello David. Thanks for your review. When you got the BMW key and started the car, I was there and I saw that the iDrive ( the screen and the computer were in working condition)
20 to 30 min later you claimed it wasn't working.
I took the car to BMW and the mechanic reported that the Idrive wasn't the original to the car and had been worked on. Prior to you renting the bimmer, another guest returned it in great working condition. The screen never had any scratches until you returned it.
