The vehicle was clean and very nice. The hosts communicated with me before, during, and after the trip. Great customer service. I did not like that the check engine light was on upon pickup and the entire duration of my rental time. Also the tire pressure light kept coming on. Other than that it was a good experience. But for the price, I don’t expect any lights to be on or that should be told to you beforehand.

return was a hassle but everything was good

Regarding the return process, airport parking availability can occasionally be limited during peak travel periods, which is unfortunately outside of our control. As soon as we were made aware of the situation, we provided alternative return instructions to the nearest available airport parking location to ensure a smooth resolution.
