The car was in great condition and the overall driving experience was smooth. However, I encountered some issues regarding the pick-up and drop-off process that I feel other guests should be aware of.
First, at the start of the trip, I had to pay an unexpected $7 parking fee at the airport, which was not previously mentioned. More importantly, for the return, I was requested to leave the car at a specific paid parking lot near the Ferry Building and pre-pay for several hours of parking because the host could not pick up the vehicle until 5 hours after my scheduled return time.
Despite having already paid a $60 one-way trip fee (which should cover transportation and fuel), being asked to cover the host's personal delay costs felt unfair. I returned the car exactly at the scheduled time and left the ticket inside as discussed.
I’ve given 4 stars because the vehicle itself was excellent, but I hope the host improves the clarity and fairness of parking fee arrangements for future guests.

We had several issues with our trip.
First, our host did not leave a key card in the car. This meant when we tried to valet park our car at the hotel it caused all sorts of trouble. The result was that it took us forever to check our car in and check our car out because the valets had to move other cars because they couldn't get into our car to move it.
Second, our host told us that if we returned the car with 40% or more charge we would not incur a fee. We returned the car with at least 46% charge, but we were still charged a $15 post-trip charging fee.
I reached out to the host for some help with the charge but he declined to respond. Of course Turo is not helping at all and went ahead and charged us even though I showed them in print where our host told us what charge we needed to return it at.
The car itself worked fine but these two issues and how it was handled both by Turo and the host were disappointing.
