Nice car good communication, would rent again

We had an overall good experience. The car was very easy to find, and the pickup process was smooth and convenient. The host was attentive and responsive, which made everything even easier.
However, when we picked up the car, it had a strong cigarette smell, which was quite uncomfortable. Aside from that, the vehicle was in very good condition—very nice, clean inside and out, and well maintained.
