I would not rent from this host again.
The listing did not include the charging adapters needed to use most public EV charging stations. When I contacted the host, I was told they don’t provide them and that it wasn’t required. As a result, I was unable to charge the vehicle at available non-Tesla charging stations, which significantly impacted my trip and made the rental impractical.
When I contacted Turo for help, the situation was not resolved, and I ultimately had to return the vehicle early and rent another car elsewhere. This caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and additional expenses that could have been avoided.
If you’re renting this Tesla, make absolutely sure you ask in advance whether it includes the charging adapters you’ll need. Otherwise, you may find yourself unable to use many public chargers.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend renting from this host.
This guy is a liar. He was so rude to women and try to harrass me for his feeling. Everything I put on my listing but he did not read. He tried to ruin your business not to rent the car. He returned the car at wrong place and did not want to discuss to get it to the right one. He requested adapter for 3rd party charger but he did not use the Tesla Supercharger while renting Tesla car. That doesn’t make any sense. He did not follow the instruction then drove the car to 5% and complained. SO RUDE
