Great communication, key fob died a bit during our trip but host was very apologetic. Will definitely rent again!

This host was 5 stars and more. If there was a 10 stars. He would get it. He was so patient with us. We are first time users. Having troubles navigating the system. He has been so kind friendly and wonderful. The car is wonderful. Smells great. Drives great.
