So this was my first time with TURO, I dint appreciate how they are not always clear or user friendly with the app which caused me extra challenges and charges but the owner was fantastic, friendly and very helpful. Car was pristine and the FSD IS A MUST in the traffic.

I had a great experience renting Rafael’s Tesla Model 3! The car was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Having FSD, Premium Connectivity, and free Supercharging included made my entire trip so easy and convenient. FSD especially made a huge difference while driving in unfamiliar areas and took so much of the stress out of the trip. Rafael was also very responsive and made the whole rental process smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely rent from him again! Thank you for being an Amazing Host!! 👏

Rafael is one of the best hosts on Turo, prompt response makes the pick up and extension process worked smoothly. The car condition is brand new, super clean. FSD is always up to date which makes the entire driving experience excellent. The Tesla Supercharger is also included which makes our trip even more elevates. Highly recommend Rafael!
