The car's interior was clean, and the host was friendly. However, our trip was ruined by what appeared to be a mechanical failure.
We did not run over anything. While driving normally on the highway, the car suddenly began to shake violently, and we were terrified for about 20 minutes. The car had to be towed, and we were forced to rent a replacement from another company. Sadly, The overall experience was extremely inconvenient.
