Just don’t waste your time. From the car having symbols popping up due lack of service. To misinformation about miles. I was charged left and right my trip was on 04/25 and I just recently got charged again. 5/4 The lack of communication on charges was very unfortunate and for every incident there was an excuse. I could go on and on but seriously don’t WASTE your time or money.

To clarify, the additional charges were for the extra miles and California FASTRAK toll fees, which are processed through Turo based on trip usage and are not personal charges from me. The trip was also fully refunded before your review was posted.
