The car was amazing and the host was even better. He took care of us at all times and made sure everything we needed was taken care of. He also is very quick to respond which is beyond amazing being on a vacation and not having much time to wait around.

Wonderful experience. The owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I would definitely rent again.

The experience was disappointing. Although pickup and drop-off were quick, the vehicle was visibly dirty on the outside. Most concerning was that the host only disclosed significant windshield damage via a private call after the payment had been processed on the platform, resulting in an uncomfortable and unprofessional driving experience. Additionally, the host attempted to influence the trip rating by demanding a 5star exchange a practice that directly violates Turo’s policies on honesty and transparency. As a user, I value transparency regarding the car's condition and the review process; I would not recommend this host under the current circumstances.

Car was spotless, both washed and vacuumed.
The windshield crack was repaired but will ultimately have the entire thing replaced.
