The roof of the vehicle began to detach while driving the car. I will be reaching out to Turo support for assistance with this. I felt EXTREMELY unsafe while driving the vehicle and the host is not taking accountability for this issue. Unbelievable. I have photos to prove it as well. So this will be rectified without there poor customer service skills.
This guest had the vehicle for two days. During that two days, the guest never reached out to let me know., there was any issue going on with this car, which led me to believe that everything was fine. It was only after the reservation was due to end and you wanted to drop the vehicle off at a different location at a different time than agreed, that he decided to start complaining about the car and wanted a refund.

Car quality wasn’t the best, car needed some maintenance, door were so stiff and engine were making weird noises.

Host was very helpful and responsive to my questions and concerns from start to finish. Easy and clear pick up and drop off process. The car was sooo much fun to ride and turn heads in! Great experience!
